Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that schedules can change. Our refund policy for online bookings is as follows:

  • 1. Cancellation Window: Patients can cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time by contacting our clinic via phone or email.
  • 2. Refund Eligibility: If an appointment is canceled at least 24 hours in advance, the online fee (₹500 / ₹1000) will be fully refunded to the original payment source.
  • 3. No-Show Policy: If a patient fails to show up for their appointment without prior notice, the booking amount will be non-refundable.
  • 4. Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay and usually take 5 to 7 working days to reflect in your bank account or card statement.
